Upper Crust Pizza

This is the best pizza place in San Diego! The staff is always so welcoming, they let you take your time and give great suggestions. Their garlic cheese pizza bread is out of this WORLD - but honestly anything with their house made ranch is amazing. I love coming here for the specials and staying to support a small business. Can’t wait to be back!

First time here and my only complaint is that this is the first pizza place where they don’t bring you plates, utensils or napkins so we were confused as to why but it’s self serve. In which case I wish they told us that utensils are over there (somewhere) or have a sign on the table saying utensils are self serve by the counter and bathroom. That’s it. Overall the pizza was pretty good! Our go to place is Tony Pepperoni in oceanside and Bonjourno’s Pizza in Temecula. Now we have a good place in Vista to eat at.

Came here after my grandsons graduation. Quickly seated, food came out hot and loaded with toppings. The hot wings are spicy and so good. I suggest the all meat and the jalapeño pepperoni pizza. The house salad was good, and the ranch dressing was perfection. My daughter enjoyed the pasta salad. Good service with friendly staff. I'll definitely be back here when I'm in Vista.

Sometimes there’s Nothing’s better than a good ole’ fashioned sloppy slice of pepperoni pizza! I mean it! Is it greasy? Yes. Are the pepperonis oily? Yes. Is it oozing with gooey cheese? Hell Yeah. This, my friends, is what you’re looking for… To ease the pains of the work week; To make the best of your dietary cheat; May I recommend you head on down to this local favorite establishment… Upper Crust Pizza. Located right off the E Vista Way main road, this small-owned pizzeria has plenty of what you’re looking for when planning family-dinners, gatherings, or parties. Because of its spacious, two-level floor plan, you can easily hold huge group gatherings. There are multiple televisions for everyone’s viewing pleasure and there’s even a mini-arcade game-room in the front. Their prices are VERY reasonable and their Lunch Combos are super! You can often get a slice of pizza, salad and a drink for under $6. The few cons I could find are: • gluten-free options only available for 10” pies • pizza-by-the-slice only for pepperoni • bathroom is small (single person optimized) Overall, I really enjoy coming here for some lasagna, spaghetti or pizza on my lunch and I also recommend Upper Crust Pizza because they support Youth with Disabilities Work Programs.
